We refer to the Websites, Apps, and related services together as the “Services.”

C. Public Pages and Authenticated/Health Pages

“Public Pages” are pages or features that do not require login and are not intended for you to enter, view, or transmit health-related information. These may include general educational pages, general program descriptions, public blog content, general pricing pages, non-account landing pages, and similar public-facing content.
“Authenticated/Health Pages” are pages or features that require login or that allow you to enter, view, transmit, or interact with information that may relate to your health, care, prescriptions, intake forms, appointments, treatment interests, symptoms, scheduling, checkout tied to treatment or program selection, account activity, or communications with clinicians or care-related personnel.
We may use different technologies, configurations, and processing practices depending on whether a user is interacting with Public Pages or Authenticated/Health Pages.
